1. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Technical malfunctions, failures, or errors in the Services;

In no event shall 888pnl's aggregate liability exceed the amount deposited by you into your 888pnl account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your 888pnl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Unclaimed balances may be subject to account closure procedures as outlined in our policies.

9.2 Termination by 888pnl

888pnl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to provide requested verification documents;
• Extended period of inactivity;
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
• Protecting the integrity of the Services or other users;
• Business, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Upon termination by 888pnl, your account balance may be returned to you minus any amounts owed to 888pnl, provided no Terms violations involving fraud or abuse have occurred. 888pnl reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected violations.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.

If the parties cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 888pnl reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Amendments

888pnl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services following such posting constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

11.3 Waiver
